Before someone claims to be part of a separate ethnic group they must first have come from another country. An Irishman living in Ireland cannot be part of a separate ethnic group,” Cllr Sheahan explained.“They waffle on about being part of an ethnic group for what benefit? Benefits far too common in certain areas,” he claimed.“This is blatantly happening all over Askeaton. They haven’t done a day’s work in their whole lives and they get everything. Other people who have worked their entire lives can’t get a fair slice. We don’t regard the people who deserve it. We should be on the side of the law-abiding citizen who pay their taxes.” Decision to enter Phase 4 of reopening Ireland deferred to August 10 Fianna Fáil TD Niall Collins appointed as Minister of State Facebook Askeaton/ Ballysteen bring Easter joy to local community Emaillast_img
